Refund policy
Our online payments refund policy exists in addition to the terms and conditions of business as set out in our client care letter issued to our clients at the start of the retainer.
We have selected WorldPay to manage the secure processing of client payments through our website. If you make a payment to us via WorldPay, you may request a full or partial refund of your payment. We will refund any money due to you after deducting any direct costs due to us associated with the processing of your payment and the processing of any refund, and also any costs (including VAT and disbursements) we have incurred in accordance with your instructions up to the date of your request for a refund.

Please note that refunds will only be made using the card details used to make the payment on the date of you making payment. After that date, any refund will be made by BACs.
