Refund policy
Our refund policy applies in addition to the terms and conditions of business set out in our client care letter.
We use WorldPay to manage the secure processing of client payments via our website. If you make a payment to us via WorldPay, you may request a full or partial refund of your payment. We will refund any money due to you after deducting any costs (including VAT and disbursements) we have incurred in accordance with your instructions up to the date of your request for a refund.
If you would like to request the refund of an online payment, please contact the Accounts team by telephone on 01245 493939 or by email on accounts@gepp.co.uk. Please note that refunds will only be made using the card details used to make the payment. If you no longer have that card, a BACS payment will be made.
